Summary
The purpose of this program is to support States and Tribes in implementing suicide prevention and early intervention strategies for youth, up to the age of 24 years, in schools, educational institutions, juvenile justice systems, substance use and mental health programs, foster care systems, pediatric health programs, and other child- and youth-serving organizations.

Additional Eligibility Details
Eligibility is statutorily limited to States and territories; a public organization or private non-profit organization designated by a State or Indian Tribe to develop or direct a statewide youth suicide, early intervention, and prevention strategy; or a Federally recognized Indian tribe, tribal organization, or urban Indian organization that is actively involved in the development and continuation of a tribal youth suicide early intervention and prevention strategy.
