The Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP)–Impact funds rural communities to drive measurable improvements in access to integrated, coordinated treatment and recovery services for substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD). All domestic public or private, non-profit, and for-profit, entities are eligible to apply."Domestic" means the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.
